Palm is BACK!

Palm is BACK! Launching in November on Verizon is Palm’s newest phone after stepping away from the phone game for a few years. The new phone is designed to be more of a complementary device for your larger main phone. Its priced at $349 or available on the $15 a month payment plan. The phone won’t be available unlocked so if you’re not a Verizon user, sorry. What’s cool, besides the phone is the plan, it will be on a connected device plan that cost $10 a month, its the same plan you’d use if you had an Apple watch. The Palm will use Verizon’s number sharing program which allows the Palm to mirror your main device.

Palm is clearly aiming this phone to be a smaller device that you can take on runs, to concerts or other events where taking a larger more expensive phone might not be the most comfortable or a smart idea. The photo above shows the Palm being worn on a lanyard around a neck, Palm is also selling a case that has wrist straps. Additionally, Plam has photos showing the phone being stored in the smaller pockets of running and work out gear, they even have a handlebar mount for bicycles.

Again I just want to reiterate the size of this phone. Keep in mind that just because its small doesn’t make it any less capable. This phone is fully featured including 2 cameras, Bluetooth, Google Assistant, water /dust resistant and every other feature you would expect in 2018. Plam also said the 800mah battery should provide all-day battery life.

I’m not sure about you but this little phone has me excited… Maybe I’ll be picking one up November 😉
